I help expat women build a life they love, wherever they land.
Living abroad changes everything - from your daily routines to your sense of self. Whether you're struggling with your next career move, cultural adaptation, identity shifts, or the search for belonging, we'll work together to help you create a life abroad that truly resonates with who you are.

WORKING TOGETHER
As an expat woman, you might be feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or even lost amidst the constant shifts and demands of life abroad. Working with me is about creating a dedicated space to reclaim your sense of self, rediscover your clarity, and empower meaningful, sustainable change.
My coaching approach is built around my RCC™ framework (Root, Clarity, Change). Here’s what you can expect when we work together:

Root - Anchor into Identity
Our initial sessions dive deep into exploring your authentic self—beyond the labels, roles, and expectations you've carried across borders. Together, we uncover your core values, your unique story, and where you feel aligned or misaligned in your current life. This is the foundation upon which lasting transformation begins.

Clarity - Distill the Noise, Define Your Path
With a clear understanding of who you are, we move towards defining precisely what you want. We'll sift through emotions, untangle conflicting thoughts, and shine a light on the specific obstacles you're facing. This clarity transforms confusion into direction, making your next steps manageable and purposeful.

Change - Action and Empowerment
Equipped with clarity and confidence, you'll create tangible, achievable actions that lead you toward your goals. This stage is empowering, practical, and focused on measurable progress. You'll begin to experience meaningful change in your daily life, relationships, and overall well-being.

My commitment is to provide compassionate guidance, accountability, and the unwavering belief in your capacity to thrive—no matter where in the world life takes you.

What's holding you back?
It’s normal to hesitate before investing in yourself — especially when you’ve spent so long being the one who adapts, supports, and figures it all out.
Most of the expat women I work with come to coaching carrying the same doubts and questions.
Here are some of the most common ones — and the truths they discover along the way.
What you might be thinking
What's actually true
“I can’t afford it right now.”
Investing in yourself isn’t selfish — it’s how you start building the life you actually want.
“I don’t have time.”
You don’t need more time — you need more alignment in the time you already have.
“I should focus on my family, not me.”
When you’re grounded and fulfilled, everyone around you benefits.
“I’m not sure coaching will help.”
You don’t need more advice — you need space to finally hear yourself
“I’m scared nothing will change.”
Change doesn’t start with certainty — it starts with curiosity.
“I don’t even know what I’d talk about.”
Clarity is the work. You don’t need all the answers — just the courage to start asking questions.
“What if I’m not ready?”
Ready isn’t a feeling — it’s a decision.
“Maybe it’s just me.”
It’s not you — it’s the transition. You’re not broken; you’re becoming.
The truth is…

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you begin.
You just need to take one small, intentional step toward yourself — and that’s where coaching begins.
If any of these thoughts sound familiar, know this:
you’re not alone, and you’re exactly where you need to be to start.
